The monitoring of the operations, customer service, safety, and sanitation of our facilities is capped by an unannounced and detailed quarterly 245-point inspection by an internal team of Weber Corporate Operations Managers who represent different areas of functional responsibility. The facility is reviewed and rated through a rigorous process that can take up to 7 hours.
