Dedicated Warehousing Division

In today's competitive business environment, companies are embracing dedicated warehousing as an opportunity to not only reduce significant supply chain costs, but to also increase profits, gain market share, and improve customer service.

Weber Distribution has been a leading logistics provider for over 80 years - supplying a stable business foundation for our employees and customers - with facilities located throughout the Western United States. The diversity and depth of our capital resources, equipment, and the strength of our transportation infrastructure allow Weber to effectively support the demands of our customer's dedicated warehousing needs. When Weber Distribution handles your logistics and dedicated warehouse space, we operate as a true extension of your business. The entire Weber team works hard to support your company's objectives and mission.

Weber Distribution's Contract Division will meet your logistics challenge by evaluating your current logistics system and designing cost-effective alternatives to increase your bottom line.

DEDICATED WAREHOUSING DEFINED
A long-term, strategic partnership whereby Weber Distribution provides customized logistics assets, dedicated warehouse space, and resources exclusively to you and your company. We can build or acquire a facility designed to your specific requirements including management, labor, site selection, and equipment acquisition.

HOW IT WORKS
When it's time to reduce overhead, we can supply a dedicated team to manage distribution. Weber's dedicated warehousing services are designed to charge the customer fixed fees for storage and handling, regardless of the actual usage of space and labor. This commitment by the customer for a continuous flow of revenues shares the risk with the warehouse and can result in a low throughput cost for the client, providing that the contract warehouse space is properly utilized

Our contract operations generally fall into one of the following categories:
  • Weber leases the building, Weber manages the labor in the building
  • Client leases the building, Weber manages labor in the building
